Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fire & Security Systems Technician to enhance our team.

This position involves managing small-scale projects from inception to completion, with a primary focus on CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, and Fire Alarm Systems.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in providing outstanding customer service and aiding the team in achieving its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Small Works/Installations Team on diverse projects.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and scheduling personnel for site visit planning.
  • Utilize customer management systems as instructed by the Small Works coordinator.
  • Provide assistance to the team with additional tasks as required.
  • Occasionally support Service Engineers on specific assignments and operate outside your designated area.
  • Manage inventory levels with assistance from the Stores team.
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions and engineering team meetings.
  • Recognize personal training and development needs to improve customer service delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who have:

  • A solid understanding of Fire and Security Systems.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Fire & Security installation.
  • A technical background in the electrical/electronic sector.
  • Preferred experience in direct customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of current industry standards and the capability to commission multi-disciplined systems.
  • Self-motivation, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor, computer proficiency, and a valid UK Driving Licence.
