We are seeking an experienced Regional Compliance Manager to join our team at Recruitment Panda Ltd. As a Regional Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the compliance of our care homes across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of compliance strategies across the region
- Collaborate with Operations Directors and Quality Teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees on compliance matters
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry partners
Requirements:
- Proven experience in elderly care management and compliance
- Knowledge of PCS (Person Centred Software) or similar software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to coach and develop others
- Previous Home Management experience and knowledge of what good care looks like
- CQC compliance experience
