We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our Corporate Centre office function, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and delivering strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
- Provide expert financial guidance and support to senior stakeholders, helping to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Develop and manage complex financial models, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, business partners, and vendors.
- Provide innovative and insightful financial reporting and analysis, ensuring costs and investments are optimized and controlled.
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA or CIMA) with extensive business partnering experience.
- Highly analytical and experienced in developing complex financial business cases.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deal with large volumes of data.
- Ability to understand key points and summarize them to clearly communicate to wider audiences.
- Strong relationship management skills to enable effective working with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of delivery and ownership.
- Demonstrable resilience and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience of working in a large corporate matrix environment with teams located remotely.
