Claims Handler - Motor Insurance

We are seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join our team at MPJ Recruitment Ltd. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling motor insurance claims from initial notification to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and assess motor insurance claims to determine liability and extent of damage
  • Communicate with policyholders, third-party claimants, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve claims
  • Work with claims adjusters to determine claim settlements and negotiate with third-party providers
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims handling activities
  • Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • 12+ months experience in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of motor related claims and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good organisation and time management skills
