Job Summary

Community Adult Consultant Psychiatrist

NELFT North East London Foundation Trust

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Adult Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Mental Health Wellness Team in North East London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health care to adults in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and treatment plans for adults in the community
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective care
  • Develop and implement innovative treatment approaches to improve patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of mental health services and policies

Requirements

  • Full GMC registration with a licence to practice
  • CCT or equivalent in Psychiatry
  • Section 12 Approval or eligibility for it
  • Approved Clinician status, or eligibility for it
  • Inclusion in, or eligibility for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST
