About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Programme Officer to provide business and administrative support to our Medical Workforce, Training and Education (WT&E) team across the Thames Valley and South East region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment of trainee doctors, working closely with the Education Programme Team Manager and senior management.
  • Manage and coordinate projects in complex and challenging environments, including drafting briefing papers and correspondence.
  • Develop and implement internal processes and procedures, ensuring effective risk management and reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to achieve the team's objectives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience of managing and coordinating projects in complex environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of financial systems, data protection, and information governance.
  • Education to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent level qualification.
