What We're Looking For

We are seeking an enthusiastic and supportive SENCO Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience working with students with special educational needs and be able to provide support to teaching staff to meet the needs of students. The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of students and is looking for a challenging and rewarding role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a positive and proactive approach to their work. They will also have a good understanding of the needs of students with special educational needs and be able to provide support to teaching staff to meet these needs.
