Job Summary

Village Hotels - Wirral is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive a clean and comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, lead, train, and motivate a talented team of housekeepers to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement cleaning standards and procedures to ensure a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the hotel.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
