An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dedicated Administrator to become part of a dynamic and supportive St. James's Place Partner Practice, which focuses on fulfilling the financial requirements of Professionals, Private Clients, Business Owners, and Retirees.
Your role will be essential in assisting the team with the administrative tasks that arise from the Advisers' activities.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Services Administrator

This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Delivering exceptional administrative support while ensuring a high standard of customer service for clients of the Practice. Acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties, addressing general inquiries and following up with providers for necessary information and funds. Maintaining precise client records in iBusiness/Salesforce and other CRM platforms, updating Confidential Financial Review documentation as needed. Executing fund switches and performing financial calculations for clients utilizing specific systems and protocols. Processing new business submissions and fund transfers through tailored software. Guaranteeing that investment preparations are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Providing clients with regular updates regarding their investments, coordinating annual reviews, and generating performance reports and investment summaries. Drafting concise suitability letters and other standardized compliance documentation.

Ideal Candidate: Financial Services Administrator

This role is well-suited for a proactive and professional individual who thrives on initiative and possesses a positive working attitude. You should have several years of experience in Financial Services, preferably within a St. James's Place Partner Practice, and a solid understanding of the industry. Strong IT and communication skills are essential, along with excellent organizational abilities and decision-making capabilities. Familiarity with the Salesforce CRM system is preferred. You should be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently. Most importantly, you must demonstrate confidence in interacting with Clients and third parties, maintaining discretion and the highest ethical standards.
