At Monarch House, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our luxurious service apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping Management Team to ensure seamless department operations
  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest bedrooms to guarantee exceptional cleanliness standards
  • Lead and mentor a team of Room Attendants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service
  • Deliver comprehensive training and ensure adherence to hotel policies, health and safety protocols, and procedures
  • Manage inventory, report discrepancies, and coordinate stock replenishment
  • Pay close attention to special cleaning requirements and maintenance tasks, including areas handled by external contractors

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 4/5* property
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Professional, polite, and friendly demeanor
  • Able to work 5 days out of 7, with flexibility to adapt to varying shifts
  • Proficient in Opera and Triton systems
  • Well-organized and able to remain composed under pressure
