Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated and qualified security professionals with Enhanced DV clearance to become part of our Securitas team.

As a prerequisite, candidates must possess Enhanced DV clearance, having undergone extensive background evaluations to ensure the highest level of security clearance. Your role as a Security Operations Escort will be crucial in maintaining safety and security across designated sites.

Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate secure escorting operations while delivering a consistently professional, precise, and discreet security experience.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for personal growth and advancement within the Security Industry, along with attractive benefits.

Working hours are 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) with core hours from 08:00 to 18:00. Candidates must already hold Enhanced DV clearance. An SIA license is advantageous but not mandatory (candidates must be open to undergoing SIA training and certification).

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will encompass:

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors, staff, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring all relevant information is communicated effectively.
  • Managing daily tasks and adapting to unexpected changes that may arise throughout the day.
  • Collaborating with the security team and other personnel on-site to ensure escorting operations are executed smoothly.
  • Adhering to all security protocols while performing escorting duties.
  • Reporting any concerns to the Escorting manager, maintaining vigilance to identify potential threats or changes within the environment.
Essential Qualifications

Required criteria:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK with a 5-year verifiable history.
  • Possession of Enhanced DV clearance.
  • SIA license – or willingness to pursue training for certification.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Security sector or a related field.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
  • Customer-oriented with demonstrated customer service experience.
