About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at The Forward Trust. As a key member of our mental health services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop treatment plans for individuals presenting with common mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression.
  • Deliver low-intensity psychological interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective case management.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and contribute to the development of quality standards within the service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, other agencies, and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • Hold a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) qualification and experience of the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) model.
  • Have a strong background in CBT assessments and delivery, as well as experience working with individuals with mental health difficulties.
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet service demands.
