Role Overview
- Position: Associate Project Manager
- Summary: We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to oversee various aspects of video game localization and related tasks. Responsibilities include managing the localization of in-game content, quality assurance processes, and coordination with external partners. This role is offered as a Fixed-Term Contract with potential for permanent placement.
- Management Responsibility: None
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the localization of video games and associated text from Japanese into French, German, Italian, or Spanish, liaising with internal and external partners across multiple regions.
- Manage and distribute glossary terms to relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee internal quality assurance processes.
- Support various internal teams, including Localization Management and Marketing.
Qualifications
- Strong coordination and communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to perform under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with a multilingual team of translators.
- Familiarity with French, German, Italian, or Spanish is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Interest or experience in the video game industry is a plus.
