Lead a Team of Support Workers

We are seeking an experienced Children's Residential Support Worker to lead a team of support workers in a residential setting for young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with young people with EBD and will be able to provide guidance and support to the team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

The role will involve working closely with the management team to develop and implement care plans, as well as providing support and guidance to the young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of support workers to provide high-quality care to young people with EBD
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the management team
  • Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the residential setting

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people with EBD
  • Proven track record of leading a team of support workers
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
