Distribution Operations Manager

At HelloFresh, we're on a mission to make cooking easy and enjoyable for everyone. As a Shift Manager Distribution, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products reach our customers safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Shift Management: Oversee the distribution shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of colleagues to achieve optimum performance and meet their full potential.
- Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures in all distribution activities, including proper handling, storage, and shipping of meal kits.
- Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records on production, food safety data, and analyze this data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and sustainably maintained.
- Experience: Proven experience in distribution management position.
- Skills: Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software applications. Solid awareness of distribution processes and quality control practices.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
