Prospect Development and Donor Insights Manager

The University of London is seeking a highly skilled Prospect Development and Donor Insights Manager to join our Development Office. This key position will provide strategic, data-driven guidance to the fundraising team to track prospects as they are moved through the donor lifecycle.
The successful candidate will use research and data analysis insights to inform fundraising strategy and maximise the University's fundraising potential. They will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing the process for prospect development, including moves management, prospect strategy development and pipeline development.
The role will require regularly reporting on the value and status of the active prospect pipeline, and will work closely with the Head of Development and the Director of Development to allocate prospect portfolios appropriately.
