We are seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Support Specialist to join our team at Atkinson Moss in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Legal Secretary or PA to provide administrative support to our busy Wills, Trusts & Probate team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support, including file opening, document production, filing and archiving, photocopying, completing ID checks, and ensuring file compliance.
  • Audio typing and digital dictation services.
  • Drafting letters, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments, and scheduling with the team.
  • Coordinating the billing process for fee-earners and liaising with the Accounts & Finance team.
  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries.

This role would be ideal for an experienced Legal Secretary or PA looking to join a reputable law firm that values work-life balance, professional development, and recognizes hard work and success.
