About The Role

Delivering Excellence in Waste Water Infrastructure

M Group Services, a leading provider of essential infrastructure services, is seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our Caledonia Water Alliance SR21 Waste Water programme in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safe delivery of construction activities on site, including compliance with COVID-19 safe systems of work
  • Timely and efficient delivery of work activities
  • Provide leadership to teams working on construction activities, ensuring all work is carried out to specifications, RAMS, and quality requirements
  • Prepare method statements and risk assessments, and set out works in accordance with drawings and specification
  • Liaise effectively with construction supervisors and managers
  • Support the management team
  • Work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders
  • Complete accurate information and records of permanent works
  • Provide support to the wider team
Requirements
  • Previous Site Engineering experience, preferably including pipelines and associated chambers, earthworks, and excavations
  • Experience on Pumping Station construction and trenchless works is desirable
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • CITB SMSTS or other recognised industry accredited safety management programme, CSCS card, or EUSR Safety Health, Environmental (SHEA) passport scheme
  • Demonstrate a clear focus on customer and stakeholder performance with a service excellence and performance focus
