Healthcare Support Worker

Resilience Personnel Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our team.

1. Provide high-quality care and support services to residents, taking into account their individual needs and preferences, under the supervision of a qualified healthcare professional.
2. Administer medication safely and effectively, in accordance with individual care plans and company policies, when trained to do so.
3. Deliver personal care with dignity, respect, and kindness, and support residents in making personal choices that enhance their lives.
4. Ensure care plans are regularly reviewed and updated to meet the changing needs of residents, involving them in the process to ensure their preferences are respected.
5. Contribute to risk assessments to guarantee that care and support are provided in line with relevant health and safety requirements.
6. Assist residents with individual and group activities, promoting social interaction and engagement in accordance with individual care and support plans.
