Job Title: Apprenticeship Improvement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering improvement projects across the business, ensuring all staff are actively encouraged to identify improvement opportunities, and supporting the development of a Continuous Improvement Culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and deliver improvement projects across the business, in line with business objectives
  • Ensure all staff are actively encouraged to identify improvement opportunities and ensure activities are resourced, managed, and drive successful completion
  • Identify ongoing lean improvement training needs and assist with developing and implementing the required training, working in collaboration with the L&D Manager
  • Support in the development of a Continuous Improvement Culture where staff are able to identify and deliver their own improvements

Requirements:

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and practical knowledge of Lean and six sigma
  • Experience of tracking benefits from initiatives to understand how to accurately reflect/account for changes
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of implementation of continuous improvement programmes and Lean solutions to support productivity
