Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join our client, an independent lettings agent in the Cambridge area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property maintenance issues by liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants
  • Arrange check-ins and conduct regular property inspections
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Experience as a Property Manager in a lettings agency
  • Own car (mileage paid)
  • Professional attitude and excellent communication skills

What We Offer
