Assistant Lettings Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lettings negotiator to take on a role as an Assistant Lettings Manager at our busy South East London office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up to a leadership position and join a well-established, local independent Lettings Agency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in residential Lettings, instruction generation, and increasing market share. They will be energetic, proactive, and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead a team to hit and exceed targets.

Familiarity with the local area is a plus, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary package and future potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and lettings targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and instruction generation
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential lettings and sales
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
