About the Role

As a Travel Money Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on their foreign exchange needs. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and that their travel experience is seamless and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. You'll have a strong understanding of foreign exchange and a keen eye for detail. You'll also be IT proficient and have excellent communication skills.
