Employed Fitness Instructor and Self-employed Health Coach.

Initially, you will be employed on a part-time basis, fulfilling 12 hours a week through three 4-hour shifts as a Fitness Instructor, with a competitive monthly salary.

In addition to your employed hours, you will have the chance to operate your self-employed Health Coaching business from the gym, paying a monthly rent. This provides access to a wealth of potential clients from our existing and new members. Our dedicated support team is also available to assist you in building a successful coaching business.

Fitness Instructor Role Overview:

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with members, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience during every visit. This includes upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, interacting with members on the gym floor, conducting inductions, and leading engaging group exercise sessions.
