Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will work 1:1 with a client in their own home, providing support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication, personal care, and washing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate records of client care
