Join Our Team as a Sustainability Consultant

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy that specializes in providing energy compliance and consultancy services to a range of innovative projects within the construction industry. They are on the lookout for a Sustainability Consultant who can hit the ground running for their energy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carrying out SBEM Part L compliance calculations and reports
  2. Using IES software to carry out overheating analysis, operational energy analysis, and daylight calculations
  3. Helping clients achieve Net Zero and ESG objectives through the provision of sustainable solutions
  4. Assisting clients in gaining a better understanding of UK Building regulations such as Part L and Part O

Requirements:

  1. Good experience in a relevant engineering or consultancy role within the built environment industry
  2. Proficiency with IES-VE software in regards to carrying out energy modelling to optimize building performance
  3. Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and legislations such as Part L compliance
  4. A level 4 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor qualification is beneficial but not essential
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
