About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheostomy care and tracheal suctioning.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
