Kings Permanent Recruitment is a specialist estate agency recruitment service dealing with the placement of estate agents, letting agents, and financial services professionals into permanent positions.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a Property Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a vast property portfolio, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the portfolio, and providing excellent customer service to tenants and landlords.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of property portfolio, including lease agreements, maintenance schedules, and financial reports.
- Respond to tenant and landlord inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with lettings negotiators to resolve property-related issues and provide efficient solutions.
- Process post, including service charges and ground rents.
- Conduct inspections, including zoom and in-person inspections, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Prepare and serve notices, as required.
- Collaborate with solicitors to resolve complex issues.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Secretarial skills, including letter writing and document preparation.
- Experience in property management or a related field.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
- Future commission opportunities after successful probation.
