Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at NewCold Advanced Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all activities required for the logistical process to proceed smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling Orders: Plan and schedule orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery to clients.
- Warehouse Management: Utilize our warehouse management system to track and manage inventory, shipments, and other logistical activities.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the assistant planner, forklift truck drivers, operators, and pickers to ensure seamless execution of logistical orders.
- Client and Haulier Management: Maintain daily contact with clients and hauliers to ensure progress, priorities, anomalies, and problems are addressed promptly.
- Problem-Solving and Quality Control: Identify and resolve anomalies and problems, and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
- Administrative Tasks: Process administrative information related to logistical activities, including managing logistics employees.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on developments in the area of work and identify opportunities for improvements and cost savings.
- Knowledge Sharing: Actively exchange information and knowledge with other NewCold sites to drive business growth and improvement.
- Personal Performance: Continuously work on developing personal performance and contributing to the success of the team.
- Basic Numeracy Skills: Possess basic numeracy skills to accurately manage inventory and logistical data.
- Basic English Skills: Have basic English skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Possess broad knowledge of the applied planning system, experience in computers and software, and knowledge of the warehouse system.
- Work Schedule: Be available to work a 4 on 4 off pattern (days).
