Commission Finance Specialist

We are seeking a proactive Commission Finance Specialist to become a part of our finance department in Croydon. This position will entail managing the commission calculation process, collaborating with sales teams, and enhancing financial efficiency in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee monthly commission calculations and disbursements for both internal and partner sales.
  • Generate sales quota reports and analyses for sales leadership.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to resolve commission-related inquiries and modifications.
  • Project commission earnings based on anticipated sales.
  • Facilitate the annual quota determination process.
  • Establish quota management protocols and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in roles focused on commissions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills across various organizational levels.
