About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our busy credit control team at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP. As a Credit Control Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing client turnover and minimizing bad debts for the firm globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a ledger within one of our busy practice groups, ensuring timely and efficient settlement of invoices.
- Deal with complex clients, utilizing various tools and techniques to resolve queries and issues.
- Liaise with external clients, Partners, and legal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of invoice queries.
- Identify and escalate risks, ensuring the team's processes are aligned with the firm's risk management policies.
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in a credit control role, preferably within a law firm or fast-paced industry environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and inquisitive, with a keen eye for detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work with high-value, high-invoice-volume clients and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
