Position Overview

We are seeking a Facilities Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites in Northern Ireland. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering an environment of growth and development.
  • Manage various building services including security, cleaning, and reception.
  • Possess a strong understanding of physical and security systems.
  • Oversee budget management and strive to meet operational objectives.
  • Implement change initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Drive innovation and uphold commercial values to meet client expectations.
  • Maintain flexibility for on-call duties and occasional travel.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through the central CAFM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage all aspects of commercial change control processes.
  • Utilize IT skills effectively in daily operations.
  • Hold relevant qualifications such as IOSH/NEBOSH and BICS training.
  • Possess a valid SIA license.
Desirable Qualifications

MBIFM training is considered an asset.
