About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workshop Technician to join our team at Decathlon Farnborough. As a key member of our workshop team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' sports products are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose technical faults in customer products and agree on the best solution with customers.
  • Servicing and Repair: Service and repair customer products within our Decathlon Store.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that your customers have the best customer service experience.
  • Stock Management: Manage, order, and control stock levels.
  • Business Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
What We're Looking For
  • A sports enthusiast with a passion for fixing bikes and other sports equipment.
  • Cytech certification or previous workshop experience is a plus.
  • A creative problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused individual who is committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • A team player who is eager to learn and develop their skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of digital tools.
