About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Obstetrician to join our team at The Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead antenatal clinics and elective Caesarean lists
  • Manage administrative duties, including office space and secretarial support
  • Participate in weekend on-call duties, shared with 16 colleagues on an approximately 1:8 basis
  • Contribute to the development of the Trust and its services
  • Support junior staff in teaching and training
Requirements
  • Medical Degree from a recognized medical school
  • MRCOG or equivalent
  • Experience in Obstetrics, including ATSM Advanced Labour Ward practice or equivalent
  • Ability to contribute to the development of the Trust and its services
