Barista Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at One Retail in Kettering. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding environment
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date on brewing methods, beverage blends, and food preparation techniques
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of brewing methods and beverage preparation techniques
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays
