Job Title: Registered General Nurse

Orchid Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at a reputable nursing home in Leigh.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified nurse with a passion for elderly care to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for planning, assessing, delivering, and evaluating individual care, as well as organizing and motivating carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, assess, deliver, and evaluate individual care to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Organize and motivate carers to ensure high standards of care are delivered.
  • Assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff.
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate drug records and provide high-quality medical or palliative care at all times.
Requirements:
  • Qualified nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for elderly care.
  • Dedication to providing high-quality care.
  • Minimum 6 months' nursing experience.
