About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Team Leader to join our team at Welcome Break. As a Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our team members to deliver exceptional customer service, consistently round the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver superb customer service
  • Work closely with management teams to support and motivate the team
  • Ensure that customers are well looked after
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in retail or catering as a team member or supervisor
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ambition to go far in their management career
