About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Shared Services Partnership team as a Network Coordination Assistant. In this role, you will provide critical support to our City Highways Department, ensuring the smooth operation of various services and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Highways Licensing applications and raise invoices for rechargeable job orders
  • Coordinate the statutory advertising of Traffic Orders
  • Support the development and review of Highways' processes, systems, and procedures
  • Monitor and assist with the recovery of debt
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
