Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled QC Laboratory Engineering Coordinator to join our team at CSL Seqirus. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory equipment and processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide access to laboratory systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain a schedule of preventative maintenance for laboratory equipment, working closely with laboratory departments to plan maintenance visits around testing plans.
- Perform corrective maintenance, troubleshooting issues with service providers to minimize downtime.
- Complete maintenance logs, service reports, and other documentation as required.
- Source and procure maintenance services and equipment, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Oversee the laboratory's CMMS corrective and planned work order process, reviewing closed work orders to ensure quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a laboratory or regulated environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, design teams, contractors, and management.
- Action-oriented and able to learn quickly, with good time management and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with cGMPs and manufacturing operations in a FDA-regulated facility.
