Role Summary
To excel in this position, a robust clinical foundation in acute surgical care is essential. We seek a proactive and enthusiastic individual dedicated to maintaining a Theatre department that is Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring, and Well Led.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Theatre team, fostering strong working relationships with colleagues, consultants, and key stakeholders.
This role involves contributing to the pursuit of sustainable excellence in the safety and quality of care and services provided.
Additionally, the candidate will support the Quality agenda by monitoring performance against established standards, identifying potential risks to care quality, and planning, recommending, and implementing changes for continuous improvement.
