Trainee Mortgage Advisor Opportunity

At Countrywide Mortgage Services, we offer a structured and transparent progression path for our Trainee Mortgage Advisors. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated to succeed and have a strong desire to build a career in mortgage services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building relationships with the Estate Agency team through training and support
  • Participating in regular team meetings to discuss best practices and build relationships
  • Conducting 2-3 appointments per day
  • Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customers' needs
  • Attracting new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment
Requirements:
  • Resilient, positive, and friendly can-do attitude
  • Strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completion
  • Motivated to be successful
  • Always doing the right thing by the customer
  • Able to work under pressure and build strong alliances
  • Attention to detail
  • Good customer service skills
  • Full UK driving license
