Job Summary
We're seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Hereford Commercial Street. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, working with our team to create a fun and engaging shopping experience, and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring that the shop floor is well-presented and appealing to customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
- Participate in stock management, including receiving and processing deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
