  1. Desktop Management Support: Provide technical support for desktop management, including user creation and management, operating system patch management, and desktop assembling.
  2. Operating System Patch Management: Ensure that all operating systems are up-to-date and patched to prevent security vulnerabilities.
  3. Desktop Services Monitoring: Monitor desktop services to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  4. Support Data Movement: Assist with data movement requests between desktops.

  12. Capacity Management and Server Tuning: Monitor and manage our server capacity to ensure efficient use of resources.
  13. License and CERT Management: Manage and maintain our software licenses and certifications to ensure compliance.
  14. Automate Manual Work: Automate manual tasks to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Problem Diagnosis and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  16. Software Tools Installation and Management: Install and manage software tools to ensure they are properly configured and maintained.
  17. Enable the Environment: Use the Puppet Framework to enable the environment based on design.
  18. Flexibility to Travel: Be flexible to travel to remote locations as required.
Required Skills:
  • Puppet Framework: Experience with Puppet Framework is mandatory.
  • Ubuntu Operating System 19.0+: Experience with Ubuntu Operating System 19.0+ is mandatory.
  • Shell Scripting & Python: Experience with shell scripting and Python is mandatory.
