Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced recruitment manager to launch our new office in Nottingham and lead the growth of our team in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the regional manager in setting up the office and developing a team that suits your management style.
- Work with the regional manager to shape the office and make decisions for its growth across the area.
- Involved in the training and development of your team; target setting, KPI's and budget planning.
Benefits:
- Basic salary: £45K - £55K
- Salary increase based on performance
- Starting at 28 days holiday + bank holidays on top
- Commission on your own business and branch bonus
