Corporate Tax Manager

Job Summary
Ambition is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join our team. As a key member of our taxation department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing compliance and advisory services, and working closely with our directors and partners to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of Company Tax Returns and other compliance requirements.
- Provide advisory services to clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings and developing strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- Assist directors and partners in managing their work, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Work closely with junior staff members to ensure award-winning standards are upheld, providing training and development opportunities as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and HMRC guidance, ensuring that our procedures and practices are robust and compliant.
- Attend internal and external seminars and courses to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
- Collaborate with other teams within the firm to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CA or CTA qualification with significant corporate tax experience within practice or industry.
- Proven experience in managing both people and clients, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Technical expertise in corporate tax, with the ability to analyze complex tax issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to contribute to business development and growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and partners.
