Job Summary:

Celestar is seeking a highly skilled Identity Data Management Instructor to join our team in Landover, MD. As a mid-level instructor, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch learning and performance solutions in all areas of Identity Data Management (IdDM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and Inspire: Deliver high-quality instructional content and mentorship to students, ensuring they have a deep understanding of IdDM concepts and principles.
  • Stay Current: Conduct research and analysis to ensure our courses remain relevant and up-to-date, reflecting the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide Expertise: Support National, DoD, Component, or IC level organizations with your extensive knowledge and experience in IdDM.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 11 years of experience, or 15 years of experience without a degree. Exceptional candidates with advanced practical experience will also be considered.
  • Practical Skills: At least 3 years of direct IdDM support experience. Graduates of the Advanced Planner's Course and Due Diligence course or those with equivalent experience are preferred.
  • DoD Savvy: In-depth familiarity with DoD IdDM fundamentals, missions, and functions.
  • Communication Pro: Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ready to Travel: A valid US Passport is required.
  • Total Professional Experience: 15 years is desired (a master's degree counts as 6 years of experience).
