Responsibilities:

As a Brand Advocate for Samsung, you will be an integral part of the Field Sales Team, serving as the product expert for Samsung Home Appliances.

Your role will involve collaborating with in-store sales teams to drive product sales and enhance brand loyalty for Samsung, ensuring that the brand remains top-of-mind for customers.

You will proactively cultivate relationships at all levels within the store, enhancing product knowledge and brand visibility among retail partners.


Our Brand Advocates engage with customers, providing them with a memorable and exceptional shopping experience.

You will ask insightful questions and listen attentively to fully understand customer needs, recommending suitable Samsung products to fulfill those needs.
