Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Brow & Beauty Expert to join our team at Birmingham Airport. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert brow and beauty services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert brow and beauty services to customers, including waxing, tinting, and tweezing.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by making connections with customers, demonstrating products, and booking repeat appointments.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support in-store and external events, including new product releases and charity events.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to company standards.
