Job Description

Job Title: Donor Ministries Regional Associate

Job Summary:

Samaritan's Purse International is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Donor Ministries Regional Associate. This position will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new opportunities for growth and development, and providing exceptional support to the Donor Ministries team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including churches, organizations, and individuals.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and development, and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Provide exceptional support to the Donor Ministries team, including data entry, research, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or non-profit management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as fundraising, sales, or marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in a non-profit or charitable organization.
  • Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, with a regular schedule of 37.5 hours per week. The position will be based in our National Ministry Centre in Coventry, with occasional travel to other locations as needed.
