Job Title: Lecturer in Roof

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified trade professional to join our team as a Lecturer in Roof at OnlyFE. As a Lecturer in Roof, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to our students, sharing your knowledge and experience in the field of roofing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver workshops and classroom learning to students, focusing on engaging and inspiring them to achieve their full potential.
• Develop and deliver curriculum content, ensuring it is relevant and up-to-date.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback, supporting students in achieving their goals.
• Contribute to the development of our roofing program, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting new initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.

Requirements:

• Relevant industry experience, with a strong background in roofing.
• NVQ Level 3 in Roofing or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners.
• Ability to demonstrate skills and understanding of the needs of learners in a training environment.
• Previous teaching experience is desirable, but not essential.
